Minutes for June, 2013

Meeting called to order @ 6:08pm

Minutes reviewed. Motion to approve the minutes by Joe, seconded by Chris. All in favor, motion approved.

Financials reviewed. Motion to approve the bills and financials by Joe, seconded by Chris. Motion carried.

Joe updated on marketing plan. New website getting about 250 hits a week. Discussed doing another ad in newspapers. No decision made.

Socorro volunteered to go through membership apps and determine when people paid. Discussion about when people should renew, by beginning of year or 1 year from when application was received.

Current website having problems. Bill and Sandra to check on it and get it back up.

Next meeting date set for Aug 13.
